Sale closing on newest Skills Center-built home

It took less than a month for the latest home built by Skills Center students to sell on the open retail market. The home, located at 6920 NE 104th Way near 72nd Avenue in the Village in the Glen (Phase 1) Development, was constructed by students in the Skills Center Construction Technology class during the 2012-2013 School year. This is the fourth consecutive year, local homebuilder Ott Gaither partnered with the Skills Center by providing the house plan, lot and financing. In addition, Gaither Homes will donate any profit above the cost of building and selling the home to the Clark County Skills Center Foundation.
