“Columbia River Concours d’Elegance” Aug. 5 features maintained, restored vintage cars
Posted July 31, 2012The Rotary Club of Vancouver Metro Sunset, along with the Rotary Club of West Linn is hosting the “Columbia River Concours d’Elegance” along Officers’ Row in Vancouver on Sunday, Aug. 5. The show runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Concourse d’Elegance features automobiles of all makes and models that were manufactured prior to 1974 and remain in their original condition or have been restored to original condition.
Classic and collectible marques include such famous names as Jaguar, Bentley, Cord, Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo, Austin Healey, MG, Porche, Triumph, Cadillac, Corvette, Lincoln, Morgan, and a host of others. As an added attraction, the world’s oldest competition Ferrari will be on display.
This fundraiser will provide funds to support both local and international projects to improve the lives and health of people in our community and abroad.
