CCHM First Thursday presents “The Forgotten Front: Labor, Law & Politics in Camas, WA 1916-1920” this Thursday
Posted June 30, 2014First Thursday After Hours will present Clark County Historical Museum‘s (CCHM) historian Brad Richardson lecturing on “The Forgotten Front: Labor, Law, and Politics in Camas, WA 1916-1920” this Thursday, July 3 at 7 p.m. Free admission is offered to CCHS members and active duty military families with ID; otherwise regular admission fees apply. There is no additional charge for the lecture.
Richardson will discuss early 20th century radical politics, labor strife and civic unrest in Camas. Few have heard about this pivotal time and how it shaped the community. The evening will include refreshments served by The Grant House.
