RTC board holds regular meeting Dec 2
Wednesday, November 26, 2014The next Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 4 p.m., in the 6th floor Training Room of the Clark County Public Service Center. Learn how to maintain a healthy “Soil Food Web” with the Master Gardner Foundation of Clark County tonight
Wednesday, November 26, 2014Join the Master Gardner Foundation of Clark County for an informative presentation with Joan Veach who will speak about maintaining a healthy “Soil Food Web.” The lecture is set for this evening, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m., at the CASEE Center in Bldg. B, Room 202/205 located at 11104 NE 149 St., Brush Prairie. Veach will introduce her audience to a complex world where bacteria form the foundation of an intricate ecosystem that has been termed The Soil Food Web. Evergreen Public Schools seeking citizens to serve on Instructional Materials Committee
Wednesday, November 26, 2014Evergreen Public Schools is looking for three citizens to serve two-year terms on the district’s Instructional Materials Committee (IMC). All three citizens must have at least one child enrolled in one of the district’s elementary or secondary schools. All applicants must reside within the Evergreen School District. Interested citizens should submit their name and address to the district office by calling Kaye Chamberlain at 360-604-4005 or emailing kaye.chamberlain@evergreenps.org. Applicants will receive a biographical data form to fill out and submit by Friday, Dec. 5, which will be forwarded to the Evergreen Public Schools’ Board of Directors for evaluation.
