Clark County Fire Marshal lifts seasonal outdoor burning ban
Wednesday, September 29, 2010Due to above-average rainfall and mild temperatures, the Clark County Fire Marshal’s Office is lifting the countywide burn ban, effective immediately.
Typically, the annual burn ban begins July 15 and stays in place through Sept. 30. However, because of the recent wet weather and decreased wildfire threat, the fire marshal has shortened the burn ban by one week.
