Vancouver’s City Council will meet on Monday, Aug. 20. A workshop for councilmembers will be held in city council chambers from 4 to 6 p.m. An executive session will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. The public portion of the meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
