Students can boost their grades to win a car with STRiVE2DRiVE; drawing July 10Posted June 19th, 2012
For the third year in a row, Dick Hannah Dealerships are offering a new car or a check for $15,000 to one Clark County high school student for achieving a boost in his or her grades. To be eligible, students must increase second-semester GPAs over first-semester GPAs by a mere half-point, or maintain an average 3.5 GPA for the entire school year. Education initiative STRiVE 2 DRiVE (S2D) will culminate with a drawing at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, on the campus of Washington State University Vancouver. Last year, just under 500 students entered, which makes for pretty good odds. Complete rules and entries are available at www.DickHannah.com/Strive2Drive.
