Quilts needed for Ray Hickey Hospice HousePosted June 21st, 2012
Peacehealth Hospice Southwest and the Ray Hickey Hospice House are on an ambitious mission to collect at least 500 handmade “comfort quilts” for hospice patients and their families. The quilts should measure approximately 60 by 90 inches, and can be any color, pattern, or design. Quilts are given to both male and female patients and can be simple or very elaborate. They are special gifts that families will cherish after their loved ones die. For more information, contact Chaplain Beth Johnson at 3630-696-5100. Quilts may be dropped off at Hospice Southwest, 100 E. 33rd St., Suite 201, in Vancouver.
