Pacific Northwest Tax School partners with Clark College for online certification

Pacific Northwest Tax School and Clark College Corporate & Continuing Education have established a partnership to offer online basic tax preparer education classes. Washington residents will have the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion in tax education through the tax school’s interactive online learning management system.

April Gutierrez, CEO and founder of Pacific Northwest Tax School, says the Internal Revenue Service’s implementation this fall of mandatory testing, registration, and education requirements for paid tax preparers who are not CPAs will increase demand for tax education programs.
