Mail-in voter registration deadline July 9

The last day for submitting a mail-in voter registration form or registering online for the Aug. 7 Primary and Special Election is Monday, July 9. Mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked July 9 or earlier. Online registration applications must be submitted before midnight on July 9. Visit the Elections Office website and click the MyVote button to register online. All changes of address by currently registered voters must also be submitted by July 9 in order to apply to the Aug. 7 election. Citizens who are not currently registered to vote anywhere in the state of Washington have an additional time period, running through Monday, July 30, to register by appearing in person at the County Elections Department, 1408 Franklin St., Vancouver. A sample ballot listing is now available at http://clarkvotes.org. This election will be conducted as an all-mail ballot election.
