Library invites public to meet finalists for executive director June 7, 8Posted May 29, 2012
The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District Board of Trustees invites the public to casual “meet and greet” events around the district that will provide an opportunity to interact with the three finalists for the position of FVRL executive director. The three candidates will all be present at each of three events. The finalists are Nicolle E. Ingui Davies, deputy director, Arapahoe Library District, Englewood, Colo.; Jody Risacher, director, Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center, Fayetteville, N.C.; and Nancy Tessman, former director, Salt Lake City Public Library, Salt Lake City, Utah. The candidates’ individual statement documents are available as links at www.fvrl.org.

Attendees may fill out comment forms at the events about the candidates, for use by the board in its final selection. The executive director position became open with the retirement of Bruce Ziegman in October of last year. Questions about the candidate events may be directed to district headquarters at 360-695-1561.
