Dinner in White on the Columbia Sept. 9, early bird pricing through July 31

The Dinner in White on the Columbia Planning Committee, Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation, and Friends of the Washougal Community Library are joining forces to bring you the fifth annual Dinner in White on the Columbia River. The event, a fundraiser for a Washougal Community Library, is slated for Saturday, September 9, from 4 to 10 p.m. along the Columbia River at the scenic Marina Park at the Port of Camas–Washougal.

Attendees decorate their tables, have dinner al fresco, and enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Hood, the Columbia River, and a breath-taking sunset. Dinner is followed by music, dancing, wine, cocktails, and silent and live auctions. Local artist Elida Field will be painting the gorgeous riverfront scene as guests play lawn games, sip sparkling wine and mingle. Field’s painting will be sold to the highest bidder during a live auction at the event.

Attendees can bring a picnic dinner or choose the Deluxe Dinner Experience from Say Ciao! Creative Catering for $75 per person. General admission tickets are $30 per person. Early bird tickets are on sale for $25 through July 31. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit  www.dinnerinwhiteonthecolumbia.com or www.facebook.com/dinnerinwhiteonthecolumbia.
