On Saturday, April 14, the Water Resources Education Center, 4600 S.E. Columbia Way, invites residents to assist with field surveys of amphibians and reptiles at the 12th Annual Critter Count. The Critter Count begins with a training session at 9 a.m., and then participants will venture into the field to find critters in their natural habitats. After the critter count, two “Creature Feature” shows at 1:15 and 2:15 p.m. will allow visitors to view frogs, snakes, and lizards up close. Admission is free.
