Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program seeks to grow its Board of Directors

Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program (CCVLP) seeks community members passionate about its mission to join the board of directors. For over 25 years, CCVLP has provided high-quality free legal services to low income people in Clark County with civil legal needs. Through a combination of advice clinics, pro bono representation, and outreach, over 100 volunteers make access to justice a reality for the under resourced in the community.

The focus of this current appeal is to engage community members outside of the legal field. In addition to a passion for the mission, CCVLP specifically aims to identify candidates with experience with marginalized populations; raising funds or speaking with donors; working in the fields of mental health, social work, or case management; and candidates that have been personally effected by barriers accessing civil legal aid.
