Clark College helps students dress for success
From Monday, March 14, to Monday, April 4, Clark College will accept clothing donations for the 2011 Career Clothing Closet.
For the past seven years, the Clark College Career Clothing Closet has supported students’ efforts to further their career and educational goals by providing them with professional clothing for job interviews, scholarship interviews, and other occasions requiring business attire. During the past three years, the Career Clothing Closet has helped more than 1,600 Clark students dress for success.
Donations will be accepted weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Career Services office in room 108 of Gaiser Hall on the college’s main campus. Clark College is located at 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver. Driving directions and parking maps are available at www.clark.edu/maps.
Tax receipts will be available for donors. To donate clothes or for more information, call 360-992-2902 or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
The 2011 Clark College Career Clothing Closet will open its doors to Clark College students on Thursday, April 7, and Friday, April 8, providing one free outfit per person in the Penguin Union Building 258 B and C. The hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 7 and 9 a.m to noon on April 8.
