Clark College Corporate Education offers supervisory training course
Clark College Corporate Education (CCCE) invites your company to participate in an innovative leadership development opportunity. CCCE will bring together employees from multiple companies to develop their supervisory skills, enabling the trainees to learn from each other’s perspectives and experience, while sharing the cost of the training among multiple organizations.
This “supervisory skills consortium” will participate in six half-day sessions designed to help workers succeed as supervisors. The training includes six modules, covering the following topics: essentials of leadership, motivating others, leading high-performing teams, leading change, resolving conflict, and setting performance expectations.
Details on the content of each course and specific dates can be found on the Supervisory Skills Registration page. For more information, contact Michelle Giovannozzi at mgiovannozzi@clark.edu or 360-992-2466.
