Clark College celebrates LEED gold certification for its Columbia Tech Center campus
At noon today, Clark College hosted a ceremony in celebration of LEED gold certification for their Columbia Tech Center (CTC) campus, 18700 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd.
The CTC LEED gold certification plaque was unveiled, and related displays showcasing the “green” aspects of the building and property were also on display. The ceremony honored those who designed and built the CTC campus, and those who have worked so hard to earn LEED gold certification. Speakers included Clark College President Robert Knight, Clark College Vice President of Administrative Services Bob Williamson, LEED consultant Timothy Buckley, and CTC project manager Jim Watkins. Earning this certification is one fitting way to mark Clark’s 78th anniversary this month.
