United Way of the Columbia-Willamette will receive a percentage of sales from all 38 Burgerville locations on Thursday, March 29, to support the nonprofit’s work to advance the common good and create a better life for everyone. The fundraising event is part of Vancouver-based Burgerville’s annual employee giving campaign.
“Working with local organizations committed to making a difference in health, education and quality of life is an important core value of our company and integral in creating sustainable, thriving communities,” says Jeff Harvey, president and CEO of Burgerville. “We know our customers will join us in supporting United Way.” Harvey added that Burgerville cardholders who make a purchase before 11 a.m. will generate another five cents for the program.
