Evergreen Public Schools hosts Community Tour May 4, RSVP by April 27

EPSEvergreen Public Schools will host another Community Tour on Thursday, May 4. Tours include visits to a middle school, elementary school, high school and one program at Cascadia Tech Academy (formerly known as the Clark County Skills Center). Tours begin at 8 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. Lunch and transportation are free of charge. The tour begins at Cascadia Tech Academy, located at 12200 NE 28 St., and attendees are bussed to each school. The tour will include classroom visits and the opportunity to see education in action. Specific schools on the tour include Covington, Orchards, and Heritage. Tourists are asked to RSVP by April 27. Mandaue Children’s Choir performs April 22

mandaue-childrens-choir-in-dumaguete The Filipino-American Association of Vancouver presents a special concert appearance by the Mandaue Children’s Choir this Saturday, April 22, at 4 p.m. This multi-award-winning children’s choir is based in Cebu, Philippines, and is led by musical director, Maestro Dennis Gregory A. Sugarol. The concert will be held at the Fort Vancouver High School Center for International Studies, 5700 E 18th St. General admission tickets are $15.
